The opportunity

This position involves driving new business by building a pipeline, prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals. You will visit client sites, understand their needs, craft proposals, and guide opportunities to contract, acting as a trusted advisor to clients ranging from small businesses to major corporations.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will:

  • Build long-term client relationships and provide technical and commercial advice on Recycleye products.
  • Help develop the UK market through research, stakeholder engagement, and marketing strategies.
  • Manage key accounts and projects, requiring 50% travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Understand the recycling process technically and commercially.
  • Identify new prospects via networks, research, and cold outreach.
  • Visit waste facilities, assess technical and commercial aspects, and craft proposals in line with company guidelines.
  • Analyze technical drawings and communicate Recycleye's value proposition effectively.
  • Work with clients to calculate ROI and secure budget approval.
  • Innovate sales processes and improve metrics and operations.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting.
  • Drive and exceed sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
