The Ashdown Group are partnering with a fast-growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) specialising in cybersecurity, data storage, and IT infrastructure solutions, to find a driven and experienced Technology Sales Manager to lead their sales team and manage a key client portfolio.
About the ClientOur client is a respected name in the MSP space, known for delivering robust and secure technology solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers. With a growing portfolio of clients across multiple sectors, they are now seeking a hands-on sales leader who can drive team performance while also managing and growing client relationships.
The RoleAs Technology Sales Manager, you will:
- Develop a portfolio of B2B clients, maintaining and growing long-term relationships
- Drive sales of security, backup & recovery, and data storage solutions
- Lead, coach, and motivate a small team of IT sales professionals (3-5 people)
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
- Provide regular sales forecasting and performance reporting to senior leadership
- A proven track record in IT sales leadership within an MSP or similar technology services business
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, cloud storage, and IT infrastructure
- Experience managing a small but effective sales team
- Skilled in both new business development and account management
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and hands-on approach to delivering results

Salary: £75 - £85,000 + Commission + Benefits
