Technical Sales Engineer - Hemel Hempstead

Our well established client are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join their growing team. If you have the drive to combine technical expertise with customer focused sales skills, this could be the ideal role for you.

Responsibilities:

• Converting raw customer enquiries into technical specifications and quotations tailored to client requirements.
• Logging and chasing sales quotations and orders in line with the company's procedures.
• Communicating these sales orders to the Production Department.
• Raising purchase orders and invoices for these sales orders.
• Managing sales from concept to completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Selecting and creating monthly case studies to publish on the website.
• Creating quarterly e shots to be sent to the customer database.

The ideal Technical Sales Engineer will:

• Experienced within a Technical Sales role ideally within pumps, wastewater or an engineering sector.
• Have a solid knowledge of company product range and how the products operate, and overall installation and servicing methods.
• Strong client relationship building and capability.
• Computer literate and competent with MS packages.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficient with business administration.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30
