Technical Repair Operations Lead (24-Hour SLA)

DP World are recruiting an Operations Manager - Technical / Repair to lead the Coventry site's repair operations, driving safety, quality and on-time delivery within a 24-hour SLA. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will manage a technical team, coordinate with internal functions and customers, and champion continuous improvement across the operation.

You will implement lean processes, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with DP World standards.
