Job Description

Carbon60 is seeking a highly organised and detail oriented Technical Records Administrator to join their client based in Oxford. As the Technical Records Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and managing the company's aircraft maintenance documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, sort, and distribute all relevant paperwork to the Technical Services department for review
  • Audit Sector Record Pages (SRPs), Work Packs, Engineering Documentation, and other maintenance records
  • Manage and update SRPs, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Create and distribute corrections to the relevant departments
  • Perform quality checks on all documentation
  • Update Technical Log Books with applicable chapters and ensure quality
  • Report monthly metrics on SRP errors
  • Scan and electronically file all documentation according to company procedures
Ideal Candidate
  • Strong computer literacy and data entry experience
  • Ability to work autonomously and excellent organisational skills
  • Previous experience in a similar records management role
