As a Technical Project/Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving product development and technical programs that enhance our retail offerings. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time and with excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading Product Initiatives: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key product initiatives that align with our business goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with various teams including engineering, design, and marketing to gather requirements and ensure everyone is aligned.
• Technical Oversight: Utilize your technical expertise to guide product development and provide solutions to complex challenges.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor project metrics and KPIs to assess progress and drive continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:
We're searching for an enthusiastic individual who can bring technical expertise and a customer-centric approach to our team. The ideal candidate will possess:

Basic Qualifications

• Technical program or project management experience.
• Experience delivering software or infrastructure products end-to-end.
• Demonstrable experience in data centre, networking, or related technical operations.
• Hands-on familiarity with Linux, Java, and HTML.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Strong understanding of multiple project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Experience in payments, mobile payments, or financial technology.
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
