Job DescriptionSyntech Recruitment is currently working with a long-standing client who is recruiting for a Technical Project Manager for their office in Woodford Green. The ideal candidate will come from a Control Systems/PLC background and be familiar with automation, SCADA, and HMI systems. Duties and Responsibilities- Technical engineering project management, programme management, and planning to ensure project tasks, timescales, and deliverables are met.
- Manage the financial controls of projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Manage and motivate a team of engineers to optimize team performance.
- Lead project review meetings and discussions with clients/end users to ensure project controls are followed and deliverables meet expectations.
- Utilize support from the Project Management Office to ensure adherence to project lifecycle governance.
- Knowledge of engineering/control systems.
- Understanding of PLC, SCADA, HMI drives, and instrumentation.
- Commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong written skills.
- Experience with MS Office.
- Project planning experience.
