Qualient is immediately seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Director to lead our telecommunications initiatives with a focus on driving innovation and operational excellence. As the Program Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our programs, ensuring that they are aligned with our organizational goals. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various projects that enhance our service offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
This role requires a deep understanding of the telecommunications landscape, along with strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders. You will be expected to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop programs that are not only effective but also ahead of industry standards. Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of the program initiation, driving accountability.
- Manage and mentor performance and professional growth for multi region transformation programme.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure program success.
- Define the portfolio KPIs and design a risk assurance process for the delivery excellence.
- Develop and report on key performance indicators to track program success and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout all program phases.
- Build and coach the teams setting expectations and performance targets along with cost discipline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Telecommunications, or a related field.
- At least 12-15 years of experience in program management, with a focus on the telecommunications industry.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies and industry trends.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, along with a solid understanding of budgeting and financial management practices.
