Job Description

Salary: 45.000 - 75.000 € per year

Requirements:
  • I hold a university degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
  • I have proven work experience in product development, software development, and quality assurance.
  • I demonstrate expertise in software development, particularly in OT & Embedded technologies, and possess a solid understanding of embedded systems and the Linux operating system.
  • I possess exceptional communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • I have experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • I am able to translate complex technical requirements into clear product features and user stories.
  • I have an understanding of cybersecurity principles and regulations in OT environments, including industrial control systems (SCADA, PLCs, etc.), Qt, and network architectures, which is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English is a must, and additional languages such as German are beneficial.
Responsibilities:
  • I will act as a Product Owner within an agile Scrum team, closely collaborating with the Product Management and Development teams to lead product initiatives from planning to release.
  • I am responsible for crafting and managing the OT-focused product roadmap for a widely-installed product, effectively integrating OT & zero-trust security features.
  • I will serve as a bridge between customers and the development team, converting customer needs and pain points into clear product requirements, while tracking KPIs relevant to our OT remote access solutions.
  • I will ensure a clear understanding and support of product goals among the development team members.
  • I will lead the agile product development process, overseeing the integration of OT product capabilities and collaborating with various departments, including Software Development, UX, Marketing, and Sales.
