This role will focus on driving the definition, delivery, and optimisation of data-centric and integrated technology solutions, working closely with engineering, data, and business stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience operating within financial services or insurance environments. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical strategy Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear product features and user stories Work closely with engineering teams to deliver solutions using Agile methodologies Lead analysis of legacy systems and define integration approaches with modern platforms Drive data-focused initiatives, including: + Data governance, classification, and retention principles + Data quality, lineage, and usage considerations Support system integration activities across multiple platforms and services Facilitate workshops and ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews) Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro (or similar) to manage delivery and documentation Required Experience & Skills Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role Strong hands-on experience with SQL or data querying tools Solid understanding of: + Data governance frameworks + Data classification and retention policies + System integration and API-based architectures Experience analysing and working with legacy systems Strong Agile delivery experience (Scrum/Kanban) Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Proficiency with Jira and Confluence Experience in financial services or insurance environments
