The role is for a customer-facing Solution Engineer who can blend technical brilliance with real world charm, dive into APIs with developers, and then explain the big picture to executives without breaking a sweat. This is not a script-reading job; it's for natural problem solvers, advisors, and storytellers who can guide customers through the exciting world of modern observability.
Responsibilities- Deliver sharp product demos and run smooth proof-of-concepts.
- Engage with customers to explore observability, SIEM, log management, and related topics, and translate technical details into business value.
- Work with developers on APIs and integration scenarios, and communicate the big picture to executives.
- Act as a hands-on problem solver, advisor, and storyteller to guide customers through modern observability.
- Contribute to shaping the product roadmap and, when appropriate, help close deals.
- Pre-sales experience.
- Ability to write real code in Java, Go, or Python.
- Comfortable with Kubernetes and cloud environments.
- Experience delivering demos, running PoCs, and engaging in discussions about Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, SIEMs, or log management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to share opinions in a way that resonates with diverse audiences.
