Technical Platform Lead/n8n & AI Automation

Technical Platform Lead/n8n & AI Automation/is required by a well-established technology innovation company to join their Agentic AI solutions group and take ownership of their n8n-based automation ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Designing, building, and managing sandbox and production n8n environments, ensuring correct infrastructure and scalability.
• Owning and executing platform operations to ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Leading a pilot programme for platform usage, adoption, and outcomes.
• Creating, growing, and engaging a multi-channel community, including developing training materials and enablement content.
• Supporting and mentoring a team of consultants, driving adoption and best practices across the team.

Required Experience

• Extensive experience in a hands-on Technical Platform Lead role
• Extensive experience with n8n
• Experience deploying n8n on Kubernetes
• Platform operations management, including monitoring, scaling, and reliability
• Experience with Agentic AI systems
