What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of paraplanners to ensure high-quality, compliant advice support
  • Overseeing the production of suitability reports across pensions, investments, tax, IHT and protection planning
  • Acting as a technical reference point for complex cases and client strategies
  • Working alongside advisers and compliance to uphold best practice across the advice process
  • Driving process improvements and supporting adviser development through structured feedback
  • Contributing to product, provider, and market research
  • Helping shape the paraplanning team's structure and recruitment as the firm continues to scale

What You'll Bring:

  • Chartered Financial Planner status (CII) or equivalent Level 6 qualification
  • Proven experience in a senior or lead paraplanner role within an IFA or wealth management environment
  • Deep technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and tax-efficient strategies
  • Passion for accuracy, detail, and high-quality report writing
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior team members
  • Confidence to challenge, innovate, and contribute to a collaborative advice process
