You will own the integration between engineering, manufacturing, and commercial functions, driving elite execution as Rivan scales its modular plants 1000x. - Optimize factory layouts and assembly flows to maximize production velocity, quality, and repeatability for modular fuel plant components.
- Lead technical due diligence for project finance to secure the capital required for 1000x scaling over the next two years.
- Manage complex engineering builds and specify industrial equipment while coordinating with third-party contractors for successful site deployments.
- Holds a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering (or a related field) with at least 5 years of professional experience in technical environments.
- Demonstrates a proven track record of executing complex hardware or infrastructure projects with the "scar tissue" needed for fast-paced startup execution.
- Possesses an innate curiosity for technical problem-solving, often evidenced by interesting engineering side projects or deep experience in fuels and chemicals.
