Position: Technical Operations Lead, Joint Reconstruction Supply Chain - DePuy Synthes
Location: Ringaskiddy, Cork, Ireland

Key Responsibilities- Process Engineering & Asset Reliability & Performance at each Joint Reconstruction site (and provide technical support to external partners as needed)
- NPI and Lifecycle Engineering project delivery in line with established standards
- Manufacturing Innovation Launch Management for the new product portfolio
- Lifecycle management of the existing product portfolio
- Labelling development
- Ensure Quality, Environmental Health, Safety and Compliance
- Shape proactive quality, safety and sustainability to anticipate emerging trends
- Advance DPS technical sustainability strategy
- Improve End to End Supply Reliability & Agility
- Reduce risk and improve supply reliability
- Deliver a robust technical supply chain and process reliability
- Scale capacity to support growth, business continuity and resilience
- Define the Next Frontier of Innovation
- Deliver innovative new products and solutions to market with sustainable supply, quality and profitability by design
- Translate new products into the supply chain across research, development, design for manufacturing, launch planning and execution, and supply to the customer
- Innovate critical manufacturing technologies to enable advanced product design and material science
- Build and scale a resilient agile additive manufacturing network with capabilities to meet strategic horizon
- Architect Our Financial Health
- Drive growth and deliver value through a robust GP approach enabled by end to end focus and collaboration
- Develop and deliver the Technical Operations Abs, CNIS & capital budgets in line with the business planning cycle
- Set Technical Operations metrics aligned with supply chain, value stream and manufacturing site targets
- Develop strategies to drive efficiency and value creation across the Joint Supply Chain network with key partners

- Competitive base salary (€128,000 - €219,995)
