Technical Manager (Residential Developer) North Dublin €Neg + Bonus Required for growing residential developer with a large landbank across Dublin & Wicklow who are active on 4+ sites currently. Key Responsibilities Design Management: Oversee architectural, structural, civil and building services design. Technical Coordination: Coordinate design teams, engineers, consultants and specialist subcontractors. Planning & Compliance: Ensure compliance with planning conditions, building regulations and statutory requirements. Building Regulations: Oversee compliance with Irish Building Regulations, BCAR and relevant technical standards. Value Engineering: Identify cost-effective design and construction solutions without compromising quality. Tender & Procurement: Review technical specifications, tender documentation and contractor proposals. Construction Support: Resolve technical queries and design issues during construction. Quality Assurance: Monitor design quality, workmanship, specifications and technical standards. Risk Management: Identify and resolve design, construction and compliance risks.
