My client is a residential developer who specialises in new build developments in both traditional build and reinforced concrete schemes. They are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Coordinator/Project Architect to step into a Technical Manager position working from their London office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical and design team.
• Manage full working drawing packages.
• Collaborate with architectural team to deliver on-time packages.
• Liaise with commercial and production teams during development.

Qualifications

• 7+ years residential developer experience on multiple new build projects.
• Strong knowledge of development/technical design process.
• Experience with RC frame and timber frame schemes.
• Ability to question and query design information across disciplines.
• Architectural background; AutoCAD proficiency beneficial.
• Understanding of statutory requirements (Building Regs, NHBC Standards, Sustainability).
• Skill to interrogate design and programme, identify critical paths.
• Degree level or relevant professional qualification.
• Excellent communication across all disciplines and levels.
• Organisation and people management skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Team player with effective communication.
• Capacity to liaise with commercial and production teams throughout development.

Salary up to £70,000 plus package (pension, healthcare, bonuses, holiday).
