Job Description

Apleona Ireland is seeking a Technical Manager to join the team in the Dublin 15 area. Working pattern: Monday to Thursday from 08:00-16:30 and Friday 08:00-15:30

Main duties include overseeing hard FM services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, lifts, building fabric), managing PPM/maintenance, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. You will lead contractor coordination, budgets, and sustainability initiatives.
