We're seeking a driven and experienced Technical Director to lead and grow a high-performing development infrastructure team.

This is a strategic, senior leadership role focused on delivering major civil engineering projects, driving business development, and shaping the future of the team across the South and Southeast.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across highways, drainage, earthworks, and utilities design

• Lead client engagement, project direction, and commercial strategy

• Identify and secure new business opportunities

• Mentor and develop engineering teams, fostering innovation and excellence

• Collaborate with regional leadership to support growth plans

What We're Looking For

• Degree-qualified Civil Engineer with Chartered status

• Extensive experience in civil design for development-led projects

• Strong track record in business development and key client management

• Proven leadership capabilities with a collaborative, forward-thinking mindset
