Technical Delivery Manager

We're looking for a seasoned Service Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of technical services, ensuring they meet contractual commitments and exceed client expectations. In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor-deeply understanding client priorities, resolving high-impact issues, and shaping long-term account growth. You'll collaborate closely with technical teams, sales, and service specialists to drive performance, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Cost & Performance Management - Ensure services are delivered within agreed budgets while consistently meeting SLAs.
• Team Leadership - Coordinate and guide technical teams to execute against contract requirements and operational goals.
• Insightful Reporting - Deliver clear, data-driven metrics and performance updates to stakeholders.
• Proactive Problem Solving - Identify risks early, resolve issues quickly, and protect the customer experience.
• Growth & Continuous Improvement - Spot opportunities to expand services, enhance processes, and strengthen account value.
• Client Relationship Management - Build strong, trusted partnerships with clients and internal teams to drive satisfaction and long-term success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years with a Master's degree
• 3+ years with a PhD
• Or equivalent professional experience demonstrating senior -level capability
