Technical Delivery Manager - Financial Services London Hybrid
£60,000-£70,000
My client are transforming financial services with Azure cloud and AI innovation. We need a Technical Delivery Manager to lead and scale delivery across multiple tech teams - driving complex projects, managing global collaboration, and keeping delivery on point.
What you'll do- Lead cross-functional teams (UK & India-based) delivering FS products on Azure
- Embed AI across development and data pipelines
- Streamline Kanban delivery using JIRA, Confluence & Azure DevOps
- Balance ad hoc requests with strategic initiatives
- Scale processes, mentor teams & drive continuous improvement
- Proven technical delivery experience in fast-paced environments
- Strong Azure and agile (Kanban) background
- Skilled at managing distributed teams
- Financial services experience a plus
- Central London 4 days in office, 1 remote
- Growth-focused, collaborative, and fast-moving environment
