Job Description

We are looking for a Technical CRM Consultant (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical implementation, integration, and optimization of CRM solutions for our clients. Your focus will be on strategic consulting, technical execution of system integrations, and the automation of marketing, sales, and service processes.

Activities

  • Technical implementation and configuration of CRM systems, with a focus on HubSpot and other leading platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Development and customization of CRM solutions using APIs, integrations, and automation processes.
  • Integration of third-party tools into existing CRM systems.
  • Technical consulting and support for customers with complex requirements and custom implementations.
  • Analysis and optimization of data structures within the CRM system.
  • Close collaboration with internal teams (IT, Marketing, Sales) to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Development of workflows, automation, and custom solutions for specific business processes.
  • Conducting technical training sessions and workshops for customers and internal teams.
  • Identifying new technological opportunities to improve CRM performance.

Requirements

  • Multiple years of experience in the technical implementation and customization of CRM systems.
  • Proficient in working with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics, including their API integrations.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, SQL, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with REST APIs and webhooks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience in data analysis and data modeling.
  • Independent, structured, and results-oriented work approach.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Team spirit and motivation for continuous development.

Team

Our CRM team is spread across Sindelfingen and our location in Lisbon. However, through team events, remote work, and workations, we make sure to see each other in person regularly.
Open and transparent feedback is important to us, and everyone on the team is always ready to support one another.

Application Process

We intentionally keep our application process short and efficient: candidates go through a total of two interviews. The first interview is a brief introduction with our HR department. In the second interview, candidates have the opportunity to speak directly with the team lead of the relevant department about the job's requirements and work processes.
