Technical Consultant Lead

As Lead Technical Consultant, you will undertake and deliver complex integrations involving Sprinklr and 3rd party systems including Social, CRM, Troubleshooting issues and identifying product gaps and areas for improvement in the existing Sprinklr solutions are essential aspects of this role along with documenting any issues and solutions. You will be actively involved in troubleshooting issues and identifying product gaps and areas for enhancements and provide feedback to our Product teams on usability and features. You will help document your findings for the wider team. Your Responsibilities Provide solutions using creative problem solving, technical expertise and strong understanding of underlying business requirements and best practices.Minimum 7 years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or integration development role (preferably with SaaS platforms).Bachelor's degree in computer science, related field or commensurate experience.Experience working with CX / CCaaS solutions.Experience with MongoDB for storing, querying, and manipulating large datasets. Working knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language such as: Java, Groovy, JavaScript, Node.js, Python.Proficiency with data exchanges and APIs.Excellent communication and presentation skills - ability to engage with stakeholders at executive to entry levels.
