A major UK enterprise client is searching for an experienced Technical Commercial Procurement Manager to lead the end-to-end tendering process for a new Identity Access Management System enhancement.

You will own the full procurement life cycle in a complex, enterprise-scale environment, working closely with senior stakeholders across technology, security, and commercial teams, while managing third-party suppliers throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full end-to-end tendering for a new IAMS solution
• Manage senior and often challenging stakeholders across multiple business areas
• Liaise with suppliers across the entire procurement life cycle
• Ensure compliance with public sector procurement regulations and governance
• Operate effectively within a large, complex corporate environment

Desired Experience

• Proven delivery of full end-to-end procurement/tendering processes
• Strong stakeholder management and supplier engagement skills
• Background operating as a Commercial Procurement Manager in large organisations
• Exposure to Identity Access Management environments is highly desirable
• (previous ecosystem included ForgeRock, now part of Ping Identity)
