Job Title: Technical Associate/ Director

Location: Coventry

Salary: £60-72,000 DOE

Daily Duties
  • Lead the technical delivery of projects across multiple RIBA stages
  • Oversee production of technical drawing packages, specifications, and construction information
  • Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and technical standards
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architectural teams
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective project delivery
  • Review technical detailing and documentation quality
  • Undertake site visits and resolve technical issues during construction
Ideal Candidate
  • Strong experience within a UK architectural practice, ideally delivering residential or mixed-use developments
  • Proven ability to lead technical delivery and coordinate project teams
  • Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
  • Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD within a BIM environment
  • Experience across multiple RIBA stages
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Relevant qualification in architecture or architectural technology (CIAT or equivalent preferred)
