This role will provide technical leadership for ServiceNow Change Management and CMDB processes, ensuring best practices, scalability, and seamless integration across the platform. Key Responsibilities Design and govern the technical architecture for Change Management and CMDB in ServiceNowEnsure platform integration, scalability, and alignment with ServiceNow best practices Provide guidance and support to development, operations, and IT teamsDrive adoption of automated processes and maintain data quality and integrityCollaborate with stakeholders to define architecture standards and technical roadmaps Must-Have Skills Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, and Change Management Proven experience as a Technical Architect in enterprise environmentsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsHands-on knowledge of platform configuration, integrations, and automation Nice to Have ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days WFO) Contract Duration: 6 months (extension likely)
