Job Description

Trust in Soda is supporting a leading financial institution in their search for an experienced Technical Application Owner/Solution Architect to take end-to-end ownership of a business-critical Investor Portal platform.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the technical and functional evolution of a flagship solution, working at the crossroads of technology, product, and business stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

  • Acting as technical application & product owner of the Investor Portal solution, managing the full life cycle: requirements, development, testing, release, maintenance, and incident resolution.
  • Driving technical enhancements, technology changes, and architectural improvements across the platform.
  • Collaborating closely with the Business Application Owner (BAO) and stakeholders to evolve the platform from both a technical and functional perspective.
  • Ensuring the portal is future-proof with security, risk management, and sustainability built into the roadmap.
  • Taking a hands-on role in delivering enhancements and improvements.
  • Continuously evaluating architectures, tools, and methods to ensure efficiency, scalability, and reusability.
What we're looking for
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar.
  • Proven track record as a Solution Architect or Lead Software Engineer with strong experience designing and delivering enterprise solutions.
  • Strong background in cloud technologies (ideally Azure) and cloud-native design.
  • Hands-on experience across the full software development life cycle with modern enterprise practices (DevOps, QA, architecture reviews, CI/CD).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across business lines and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
  • Technical expertise in C# and React (UX experience a plus).
  • Background in financial services or asset management is highly advantageous.
  • Fluent English required; German is a plus.
