To succeed as a Technical Analyst, you should have experience with:

  • Advanced knowledge of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and complex data structures.

  • Project management and technical leadership experience.

  • Clear communication skills and analytical thinking.

Valuable additional skills include:

  • Proficiency in Jira for task and workflow management.

  • Experience working within an Agile methodology.

The role may be based in Knutsford or Northampton.

Purpose of the role

Support the organization in achieving strategic objectives by identifying business requirements and developing solutions to address problems and opportunities.

Accountabilities
  • Analyze business problems and client requirements requiring change.
  • Develop business requirements to address these problems and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet their needs.
  • Support the creation of business cases for proposed solutions.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to assess solution viability.
  • Report on project progress, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Design operational and process frameworks to deliver solutions within scope.
  • Support change management activities, including developing traceability matrices for successful implementation.
