The Cladding Remediation Team is established to assess and remediate fire safety defects in medium and high-rise buildings across the groups legacy portfolio of developments across England, Scotland, and Wales. To the standards agreed with the nations governments, the team will assess each building, and where remediation is required, will deliver a suitable remediation scheme to rectify the building. The technical function within the team will ensure projects are designed and delivered in a technically robust manner, ensuring compliant remediation schemes are delivered to meet legislative and regulatory standards.
As a member of the team you will be directly contributing to improving the safety of buildings, and providing assurance to residents through our customer-focused approach to remediation.
Role is to deliver efficient, customer focussed, professional support to Technical staff, with particular emphasis on smooth operation of department.
Primary Responsibilities- Organise meetings and take minutes where required.
- Assist Technical managers in the maintenance of project file structure and Dochosting platform.
- Ensure reports and documents are logged to relevant project files.
- Coordinate and manage the tracking and processing of FRAEW and FRA reports.
- Maintain the BSR application tracker.
- Assist in maintaining relevant project trackers
- Assist in collation and distribution of O&M, QA, and golden thread information packs.
- Any other duties as required to meet the needs of the business
- Organisational/Administration background
- Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Document Management systems
- Worked in a time critical environment
- Worked in a team environment
- Previous experience of construction work to occupied buildings
- Previous experience in the housebuilding or construction industry
- Knowledge and experience of multi utilities
