We're looking for a Technical Administrator / Document Controller to join our dynamic Beaconsfield office team, contributing to the smooth running of all technical and document control matters.

What you'll be doing:

You'll be involved in a variety of engaging and challenging technical work, providing administrative support to the technical team.

  • Organise the issuing of drawings for various parties.
  • Use software such as Dochosting to store, track and control project documentation.
  • Coordinate with planning authorities, building control and warranty providers to obtain approvals.
  • Liaise with utility providers to arrange installations and manage billing.
  • Assist with the production of appointment documents for consultants.
About you:
  • Proven experience as an administrator, with confidence working alongside senior stakeholders.
  • A strong team player, with the ability to collaborate effectively across the business.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
