Tech Strategy & Execution Manager - Transaction Advisory

EY Parthenon in Belfast seeks an Executive - Tech - Strategy and Execution to lead technology due diligence and strategy for M&A transactions. You will guide engagement teams, interact with CIOs/CTOs, and help clients assess technology risk, cost and delivery incentives from day one.

Focus areas include enterprise tech operating models, cybersecurity, and product technology, with emphasis on value creation, carve-out options, planning and TSA readiness.
