Tech M&A Associate - London, High-Impact Deals

TD Securities in London is seeking an Associate to join its Technology Investment Banking team. You will contribute to the execution of M&A, strategic advisory and capital raising across software, fintech, data analytics and related tech sectors, with direct client interaction and significant deal experience.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of investment banking or corporate finance experience, strong modelling and communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree.
