Tech Legal Counsel - AI-Driven Contracts & Privacy

Papaya Global is expanding its in-house Legal Team and seeks a Legal Counsel with a High-Tech/Commercial focus. You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including services agreements, NDAs, DPAs, and SaaS licenses, while addressing privacy and labor law issues.

Collaborating with sales, product, marketing, and finance, you will handle diverse corporate matters and leverage AI tooling to improve drafting accuracy and efficiency, maintaining confidentiality and professional judgment.
