Tech Delivery & Growth Strategy Lead

Gymshark is seeking a strategic Delivery Director to lead and evolve the Technology Delivery function. Reporting to the CTO, you will guide a team across Project Delivery, Agile Delivery and Business Analysis, ensuring work is right-sized, prioritized, and delivered with impact.

You will shape a long-term delivery strategy, manage a multi disciplinary team, and drive measurable business outcomes while balancing people, process and budget in a fast-paced growth environment.
