Tech Coordinator(Network & Security) 6+months-Remote-Start ASAP

For our international client, we are looking for an experienced technical coordinator in Network and IT Security.
Your main task is to support the client in coordinating and managing daily operations tasks in the 2nd Level Network and Security Team.
This is a Coordinator position where previous hands-on experience across Network and Security (incl. Firewalls) is necessary.

Tasks:
* Coordinate and manage daily operations in Level 2 Network and Security
* Technical Coordination of Network and Security Team
* Act as primary escalation point
* Oversee support tickets, assign and ensure completion
* Support team in resolving technical issues across LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN and Firewall technologies
* Ensure incidents and changes are being handled within agreed SLA
* Collaborate and coordinate works with Managers, Architects and Engineers
* Monitor and report on team performance, SLA compliance, and recurring technical issues to identify trends and improvement opportunities
* Ensure alignment with ITIL processes and organizational governance standards

Requirements:
* Strong project experience as a Technical Coordinator
* Project experience in coordinating or managing Network and Security teams
* Technical project experience in Network and IT Security projects
* Preferred: Hands-on Network experience with Cisco Catalyst center, ACI, Cisco wireless, Cisco Switching
* Preferred: Hands-on Security and Firewall experience with Fortinet, Check Point, Zscaler
* Experience with coordinating teams
* Experience with handling incidents and changes via ticketing system and ensuring completion
* Project experience in international projects
* Fluency in English

* Start: ASAP
* Duration: 6 months (+ option to extend)
* Workload: 5 days per week
* Location: 100% Remote, EU based (nearshore preferred)
* Languages: Fluency in English
