Kaluza is hiring a Talent Partner in London or Bristol to drive end-to-end recruitment for a fast growing team. You will partner with Technology & Product, cultivate strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure a diverse, inclusive hiring process that aligns with our zero-carbon mission.

You will guide candidates through the process, use data to inform decisions, and play a key role in employer branding and process improvements. Flexible working 3 days in the office.
