Field of activityIT Operations at the Würzburg site operates and monitors the entire IT infrastructure and all IT processes of the Pension Insurance Data Center (DSRV) as well as central services for all pension insurance institutions. We also ensure the exchange of data with social insurance institutions in Germany and abroad. The DevOps Services team provides the necessary toolchains for the Java CI/CD pipeline in order to transfer the developments to productive operation.
Your tasks- Leading a team (approx. 8 employees) in terms of both personnel and technical aspects, including team leadership in terms of team and employee development
- Actively shaping and managing the assigned tasks with a high service standard with regard to the requirements of the specialist area and development
- Supporting the implementation and follow-up of change processes
- Representing the team in DRV-internal and cross-divisional IT projects and working groups
- Supporting the team with specialist IT tasks such as the provision of the DevOps toolchain
- Completed vocational training in the IT sector or a university degree (Bachelor, Diploma FH) in the IT sector or an equivalent qualification (e.g. an IT-specific qualification)
- Several years of task-relevant professional experience in IT
- Experience in the operation and administration of version management applications for software development projects, e.g. GIT, for
- continuous integration e.g. Jenkins and for static code analysis e.g. SonarQube
- Initial experience in the technical management of teams or project teams
- Knowledge and experience in coordinating and controlling work processes and monitoring work results
- Knowledge of personnel development and personnel management is desirable
- An analytical way of thinking and structured way of working, strong communication skills, empathy as well as a solution and process orientation round off your profile
