Team Welfare & Wellbeing Coordinator

Haven is seeking a Team Welfare Coordinator to ensure the welfare, wellbeing and safeguarding of our live-on team, while maintaining accommodation standards during seasonal stays. This role focuses on creating positive experiences from day one and supporting team welfare in a collaborative environment.

Key duties include inductions, cultural integration, DBS checks, payroll support, and contributing to Haven values.
