The Role

• Serve as an ambassador for your store, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Maintain a 'can do' attitude and work collaboratively with the team.
• Ensure that security measures within your store are adhered to at all times.
• Keep the store fully stocked, labelled, and well merchandised.
• Adhere to licensing and compliance requirements at all times.
• Upsell products and promotions.
• Provide excellent customer service, serving and promoting sales at the till.

Experience

• Efficient in till operations.
• Competent with cash handling.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexibility towards working hours.
• Experience gained within a retail environment is desirable.
• Previous customer service experience is desirable.
• Confidence in maximising sales.
