Position Summary

As a team member at Supernova South Kensington, you'll be the face of the brand - helping deliver amazing guest experiences, fast, friendly service, and high energy vibes from the front line. Whether you're greeting guests, taking orders or keeping the space spotless, you'll be a vital part of a tight knit crew that keeps things moving.

This is a perfect role for someone who's passionate about people, food, and hustle - and wants to be part of something fresh from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, upbeat, and efficient service to all guests
• Take and process orders with accuracy and enthusiasm
• Deliver food and drinks promptly, keeping quality and presentation in mind
• Keep the front of house area clean, stocked, and welcoming at all times
• Support the kitchen team by running food and helping with prep if needed
• Communicate clearly and positively with your team throughout service
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures
• Represent the Supernova energy with every shift

Key Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of hospitality or customer facing experience
• Friendly, energetic, and people focused personality
• Ability to multitask and stay cool in a fast paced environment
• Strong communicator with a proactive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and always ready to help the team
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and busy shifts
• Passion for food, service, and creating great vibes for guests
