- Keep queues moving, tables clear, and the venue tidy; reset quickly between sessions.
- Help customers understand how our games work and keep energy high around the venue.
- Follow health & safety, food hygiene, licensing and safer gambling procedures; challenge age restricted behaviours confidently; report incidents promptly.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues and jump in where needed - front of house, floor, food & beverage, cleaning - so service flows smoothly.

Experience: previous customer service experience in hospitality/retail/leisure is helpful but not essential; full training provided.
Customer first attitude with great people skills; friendly, upbeat, and helpful.
Pace & focus in a busy environment; organized with good attention to detail.
Team player energy - clear communication and willingness to learn on shift.
