Overview

We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly people to join our team, delivering Chopstix's beloved Asian cuisine and exceptional customer service as we transform the UK's rest stop experience.

What you'll be doing as a Team Member

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Producing a range of hot food throughout the day.
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect.
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset.
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability.
• Ensuring your workspace and store are kept clean, tidy and welcoming.
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork.
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for.
• Helping prepare the kitchen, ready for the following days' trade.
