TEAM MEMBER - BURGER KING, LIVERPOOL AIRPORT

Fixed term contracts until end of September 2026!

Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour plus a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your rate of pay to £14.05 per hour.

Shift times are between 2am and 11 pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

ABOUT YOU:

• Believe in the power of people and that today is going to be a good day.
• Be passionate and kind whilst always ensuring that all guests leave having had the best of times.
• Be comfortable working in a fast paced, high footfall environment with constant customer flow.
• Stay calm under pressure and think quickly during busy periods.
• Work in a hot, kitchen based environment and remain on your feet for long periods.
• Be reliable, punctual and committed to your role and team.
• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• Due to some responsibilities within the Team Member role, applicants need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and be able to serve alcohol.

ABOUT THE TEAM MEMBER ROLE:

• Engage with customers and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks in line with brand standards.
• Handle cash and card payments accurately.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
• Work efficiently during peak periods to keep service running smoothly.
