Team Manager, Engage Team - Lead Crisis & Family Support

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a Team Manager for ENGAGE within the Children and Young People's Services. The ENGAGE team delivers crisis responses to families to divert children from the care system, offering intensive targeted interventions over 6-8 weeks.

You will lead the team, ensuring the best outcomes for the children and families we serve. Applicants should have a Social Work qualification with Social Work England registration, plus proven leadership experience and a
