Team Manager - Social Care (Maternity Cover) - Cheshire East & West

Bedspace is recruiting a Team Manager for maternity cover to oversee placements across Cheshire East & West Pathway, including Chester, Congleton and surrounding areas. You will lead the team, ensure OFSTED compliance and work with housing and HR colleagues to sustain high service standards.

The role requires management experience in social care/youth services, people management of medium/large teams, a strong safeguarding knowledge base, and a driving licence with access to a vehicle.
