Team Manager - Preparing for Adulthood (Social Care)

Liverpool City Council is seeking a Team Manager in the Preparing for Adulthood team, based at Cunard Building, Liverpool. You will lead a team of social workers and social care assessors, guiding early identification, assessment and support planning for young people transitioning to adult services.

We favour a strengths based, personalised approach and you will be supported by a service manager across the Complex Learning Disability and Autism service.
