Team Leader, Social Care - Cornwall (Split-Site)

Brandon Trust is seeking a Team Leader to oversee support teams across Liskeard and Lanivet, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care. You will lead, coach and motivate Staff to meet individual goals, while modelling safeguarding and compliance within Brandon Trust policies.

The role requires flexible, hands-on leadership across two locations in Cornwall, with annual DBS check and opportunities for professional development. A full UK driving licence is desirable.
