Team Leader: Senior Care Assistant (Days) 44h/wk

The Rowans Care Home in Wigan is seeking a Senior Care Assistant (Team Leader) to lead the care team on daytime shifts (8am-8pm), up to 44 hours per week. This front-line role focuses on safe, compassionate, person-centred care and building relationships with residents and staff.

You will sit with residents, support outcomes, and contribute to a positive home environment at The Rowans, a modern 66-bed facility opened in 2023.
