Team Leader, Quality & Governance (Care Home)

We Change Lives is seeking a Senior Team Leader (Quality and Management Support Responsibilities) to join our Northwest England-based team. The role covers leadership of audits, quality assurance, and care-quality improvements with flexible coverage across Monday to Friday.

You will lead delegated audits, support health and safety checks, care plan reviews and medication governance, while modelling person-centred practice and driving continuous improvement within the service.
