Title: Team Leader (Food Services)
Location: FS - 1413 Thame Burger King
Employment Type: Part time, Permanent
Shift Pattern: Work Shift: Days, Hours per Week: 16
Pay Rate: £14.10 per hour

Responsibilities

• Lead one of our branded outlets - Greggs, Subway, or Burger King - delivering fast, friendly, and high quality service.
• Operate the outlet, ensuring smooth day to day running and that the team is confident, capable, and customer focused.
• Manage daily routines, support new starters, and ensure food safety and brand standards are consistently met.
• Prep food, manage queues, and resolve operational problems.
• Act as a key contributor to the team's success.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a food service or hospitality environment.
• Willingness to take on responsibility and support others.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
